Simbin have just released some very hot news about Volvo – The Game, The Volvo S40 and Volvo 850 Estate are very well known for their undeniable success of the BTCC,

Volvo – The Game is being released free of charge on May 26 and players will be able to experience these true legendary cars on 2 tracks – Gothenburg Eco Drive Arena in Göteborg, Sweden, and Chayaka outside Kiev in the Ukraine.

Volvo – The Game will appeal to a broad public allowing players to make choose their level of skill; “novice with all the driver assistance technology activated such as ABS brakes, “semi-pro”, and “pro” where players are given no extra driving assistance.

Apart from the Volvo Concept S60, players will be able to choose from the Volvo C30, STCC Volvo S60, Volvo S40, Volvo 850 and the Volvo 240 Turbo Group A.

Volvo – The Game now up to Beta Testing of Development

Its been the Simbin News day of the year with all sorts of information being released by the developers. Simbin mentioned that Volvo – The Game is currently in Beta Testing stages and this project is scheduled to be released very soon. As stated by Simbin its planned to be a “light edition” of their current Simbin developments, as a Free to download game it will be aimed to a wider audience of car enthusiasts. This software is also planned to be used on its release at several car shows. Volvo – The Game by SimBin- To be Free of Charge

Simbin have released information relating to an upcoming game called “Volvo – The game”. They have joined forces with Volvo to develop a realistic simulator. It also gives them an opportunity to introduce the Volvo S60 Concept to a much wider target market. The players will be able to hammer this variety of Volvo cars around two highly detailed and realistic tracks.

“When Volvo Cars asked us if we were able to develop a Volvo racing game for PC, suitable for a wide
audience and including the new S60 Concept car, we picked up on the challenge straight away”
says Henrik Roos, SimBin Studios CEO. ”Especially since it was Volvo Cars located in Sweden that
was asking. Two Swedish brands joining forces sounded like a perfect match to us”.

The game comes with three difficulty levels to appeal
to a broad audience, from new comer to the experienced gamer.

The players will be able to hammer this variety of Volvo cars around two highly detailed and realistic tracks.

Expected release is 26th May 2009
