The rumours were true, F1 2009 will be delayed till 2010 for the Xbox 360 PC and PS3 . The news came up just earlier on IGN’s news page which was confirmed by Codemasters.
“The scale of development that was required for the next-gen projects, especially with something like Formula 1, to it do it on such a massive high def scale requires a lot more development time than less powerful platforms like the PSP and Wii,” brand manager Paul Walters told IGN.
We will still see the PSP and Wii releases later this year.
We can confirm though that the title will be F1 2009 and we have included the F1 2009 logo.
they should concentrate on the high def first as this will have the wider market
